When will I be billed each month?

You will be billed immediately upon subscribing, and then on the 1st of each month after you have received your first AWC box.

I just subscribed - when can I expect my first box?

AWC boxes will be shipped and made available for pick-up and local delivery on the 11th of every month. If you started your subscription after the 10th of the month you will receive the following month’s AWC box.

• eg. If you subscribed on February 12th, you will be charged that day and will receive March’s wine box, and won’t be charged again until April 1st for that month’s wine box.

How will I receive my order?

• If you chose Pick-up as your shipping method, your AWC box will be available for pick-up at Beaupierre on the 11th of the month.

  • If you are unable to pick up on the 11th, please reach out to Beaupierre so they can coordinate a date with you.

• Local Delivery of AWC boxes will be made on the 11th of each month.

  • If you are unable to accept a delivery on the 11th of the month, please reach out to Beaupierre and they will coordinate another delivery date.

  • Local Delivery is currently only available to residents of Manhattan.

• Shipping: All AWC boxes will be shipped on the 11th of each month. Someone 21+ years must be present to sign for the order.

Can you ship out of state?

Currently, wine club packs can be shipped to all of New York, Florida, and DC. Beaupierre is currently working on widening their shipping ability and will announce when they can ship to new states! Additional shipping costs will be calculated based on your location.

Can I gift AWC?

You sure can, and Ardesia Wine Club would be the perfect gift for the curious wine lovers in your life! At checkout select the option stating “This is a gift” at the bottom of the form, and from there you can set when you would like the subscription to start and end. If you would like these boxes shipped to the recipient each month, please select “Shipping” as the fulfillment option when asked at the first step of the checkout process.

When are the live Zoom tastings?

The Zoom tastings will be decided prior to that month’s box shipment and will typically be on a weeknight during the last week of the month. We will send an email and calendar invite to all active subscribers with the invite link at least one week prior to the tasting.

Can I choose my own wines?

As AWC is fully curated, we do not offer the option to customize your box. However, Beaupierre has a terrific selection of wines you are able to shop for in-person or order online for shipping and local delivery.

How do I manage my account?

You can access and manage your at ________. You are able to update your delivery preference, address and billing information. You can also pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
